• Rubber-bulb inflators are equipped with two nozzles, one transparent and one black. Inflate the belt using the transparent nozzle then deflate it with the black nozzle (see photo).

• As a preventive measure, during some specific activities (car journeys, long walks, motorcycle, gardening, housework...)

• In case of crisis, inflate the belt to its maximum pressure. The rest of the time, a slight inflation is sufficient. The relief is immediate.

• In the case of a prolonged use it becomes possible that the belt deflates slightly. It is due to the body heat and/or the inflating valve that can jam because of important temperature variations. If so we advise you to use a classic lubricant to reinstate the function of the valve and then reflate lightly the inflatable structure.
